1 Finsbury Avenue is a Grade II listed building originally constructed in the early 1980s and then refurbished by architects AHMM.

CONCEPT bars manufactured a bespoke and striking 7.m metre high central bar 'Atoll' which was then clad in a colourful tiling design by local British artist Morag Myerscough and topped off with verdant planting.
The works encompass the entire ground floor of the newly created public space, providing a visual welcome in Myerscough’s signature style.
