Cassis is the latest addition to the MARC portfolio of clubs and restaurants, and includes head chef David Escobar - from the three Michelin-starred Lameloise in France. With its accent on the Provençale cuisines of Southern France, Cassis encapsulates the true soul and passion of the Mediterranean. Working closely with the interior designers, CONCEPT designed and manufactured a patinated zinc bar with an inset marble food display. The restaurant also features a 3 metre high bespoke wine wall and chilled marble deck display - both of which provided design and installation challenges.
