WATERLOO BRASSERIE, a new Sally Greene venue is a French Brasserie located opposite the Old Vic Theatre - which is also of course owned by Sally Greene, who has Kevin Spacey as the theatre's Artistic Director.

Waterloo Brasserie offers authentic modern French cuisine from early morning to late night. Concept were againresponsible for the custom bars and all Ancillary equipment which enables the highly skilled bar staff to serve their creations efficiently.
