Concept were commissioned to realise three bars at Homage - the
destination restaurant/bar complex at the Waldorf Hotel, operated by
renowned restaurater Roy Ackermann.
The patisserie has an opulent, functional counter and coordinated back
fitting in marble & glass. It benefits from bespoke refrigeration
to both the front display and rear counter.
The main feature of these full seamless bars is the extensive use of
glass and marble - utilised to an exacting design. The main eight metre
bar has steel underbar workstations that return to form a stepped up
backfitting with mirrors, mirror-polish stainless steel and feature
panels. The bar has timber fronted panelling and a white carrera marble
bar top.
Dominating the Homage room in the Grand Salon is the island ‘piano
style’ bar servery. The bar is made from black glass, black marble,
mirror panelling and clear glass with full marble work surfaces. The
patisserie also has an opulent functional counter and co-ordinated back
ftting in the same marble and glass finish. All three Concept bars at
the venue benefit from bespoke refrigeration.
