Concept were bar consultants and bar builders on this new D & D site at Londons Kings Cross.

The site was the original Gymnastic Hall for the Olympics back in  1866  and is now a Grand Cafe with fantastic cocktails and features Concept bespoke stainless steel underbars, custom  refrigeration, and wine cabinets and food displays internally and a bespoke mobile outside bar,  with a design by Conran and Partners
